Community Shares of Colorado (CSC) was formed in 1986 by eight local charities to provide new financial resources for grassroots organizations seldom supported by mainstream funding sources. Community Shares supports 100 member agencies engaged in cooperative, collaborative, community change. Community Shares has raised $24 million for Colorado nonprofit organizations.
